So, I have some new news for you today Something for your eyes only... please don't share outside... But, before you read, i want you to control your ADHD brain, as this email needs 2 minutes of your time... but will bend your mind to unimaginable wealth creation There's a quote that I love "When everyone sells, buy... and when everyone buys, sell" This quote is from Warren Buffett, he's worth $148.9 Billion... With a B It basically teaches us to do the complete opposite of what the mainstream industry is doing... ... and luckily, i have been traveling for an entire month, visiting some of the most beautiful places on planet earth ... Which gave me a lot of time to reflect, think, and see things for what they truly are Full Zen mode... but with a lot of food and wine The ENTIRE coaching industry is stuck in the first-order trap... It goes like this You experience a problem. You identify the most logical cause. You build a solution for that cause. The solution works... at the level of the problem you identified. And then, some time later, the original problem reappears. Or a new version of it does. And you are confused, because you solved it. You watched it get solved. Example? I got you Remember the last time you thought that you had an offer problem? So you fixed your offer, the pricing, and the ICP just a little bit? Then you felt on top of the world... but pretty soon, you got back to that problem? And you found yourself refixing the offer that you originally fixed? Yeah... In medicine, this is called treating symptoms. The symptom is real. But if the underlying condition is not addressed, the symptom returns. Every time. With perfect consistency. In coaching businesses, the first-order problems are the familiar ones. Not enough leads. Inconsistent revenue. Low conversion. Poor retention. These are real problems. Every solution sold in the industry targets them. Every program sold in this industry operates at the first order. A very small number operate at the second, deeper layer. Almost none operate at the third. Because the third order (where real shit gets done) requires a kind of work that cannot be systematized, scaled, or delivered in a twelve-week curriculum. With me so far? Yeah... all of that to say that You are not underperforming because you lack what it takes. You're underperforming because you're doing too much, working on the wrong things, at the wrong time... pushing the wrong buttons, in the wrong sequences... ... While fully believing in your heart of hearts that you're doing the right thing That's the WORST part To believe that what you're doing is the right thing, until you look back months later, and realize that you've wasted time & money on the wrong idea. So... to end this email, here's one last (but very important) thing The most important skill in 2026, moving forward... Is your ability to pinpoint what's really sabotaging your growth & scale Not what you "feel" or what you "suspect"... but, what's truly messing with you... The bottleneck that "if" removed, everything else just works perfectly. And usually, it's 1 or 2 things. Nothing more to focus on, or fix. That's a wrap, another mental model for you, ps. it's hard to read the label from inside... you're too close to your business, and that's why it's REALLY hard to see the real bottleneck stopping your growth. So, if you want a set of trained eyes, to analyze your entire business, tell you what's sabotaging your progress, and give you the tools to fix it I have 5 spots for a deep dive this week

So, for the past 3 hours, i've been putting the final touches on TIE, while welcoming the new members before we officially launch to the public. One thing that's come up again and again for myself and clients is that they feel like they're guessing The business runs on emotions, guesswork, a lot of coffee, and a bit of luck no bueno Especially if we want to have clarity, consistency, predictability, stability, momentum, and...
