Your business is not separate from your life… it’s a reflection of your life.

Once you understand and implement this, it’ll create a magnetic energy around your business

… which attracts the right clients

… which attracts the right partners

… and which attracts the right opportunities

But at a deeper level, once you understand it, you’re going to fall in love with your business again.

This is inspired by a conversation that i had last week with a member of TIE… and it’s something that i had to discover the hard way.

For the better part of a decade, i was obsessed with building my business.

Going out created anxiety because i was away from my laptop.

I was either on my phone or at the computer “working”… At all times… and if i was not working, i was thinking about work.

Everything was work… and every single dollar made, was spent towards the business.

that was also the period where i struggled the most.

… inconsistent results

… the wrong quality of clients

… a lot of emotional resentment

while others, who started later, and were less qualified than me… were just sprinting past…

So, of course, i became envious, and doubled down on work.

Yet, the more i pushed, the less things “worked”

The more i perfected the offer… the less it converted

The more content i produced… the lower quality people i attracted

The more i invested… the less the return

Why? Well… this is the part that took me a while to understand

Your business is not separate from who you are, it’s a reflection of who you are.

Your content is a reflection of your energy, confidence, focus… before anything else

Your offer is a reflection of your conviction and clarity… before anything else

Your coaching is a reflection of your drive… before anything else

Every single thing that you do in your business, is a direct reflection of how you’re living your life.

So while i put myself in a box, for years, working and having no life outside of work

• I got out of shape
• I had no hobbies
• I couldn’t hold an interesting conversation
• etc…

Now, who do you think wants to be around this energy? The people who are at that low level of energy

And this is why i attracted the wrong people… Amongst many other things.

Can you see how deep this goes?

That’s why one of the MOST important decisions you could do, and it’s something that i heavily work on with members of TIE is…

… to PROACTIVELY engineer a life that you enjoy living

• Having perfect predictable days, weeks, months
• Sticking to your daily commitments to build discipline
• Creating Keystone disciplines for mental & physical health
• Choosing challenges that we’d be passionate about (running, swimming, lifting, etc…)
• Getaways, vacations, travel

This is where things get interesting…

As the more you become magnetized by the life you’re living

And the more you’re reflecting this into your content and your work

The more people become magnetized by you… and they’ll pay just to be around you.

The more speaking gigs, podcasts, collaborations will be presented to you…

The easier it’ll be to build an audience of aligned followers…

But, the best part… is that the business becomes a reflection of a life that’s lived with intention and high standards.

That, in itself, produces better results than anything we’ve seen.
