Last Thursday, i woke up to a weird message

This is Steve

Steve's in the middle of the ocean somewhere in Japan... God knows where, i can't even pronounce those islands

This trip stressed him out SO much 6 weeks ago, to the point where it "might" have affected his health (we don't have solid proof for that)

The trip in itself was not the problem

... it was the business he's leaving behind for 4 weeks

It took us a while to figure that out... but it was clear that his zone of genius was driving revenue in companies

So rather than being this hollistic advisor for companies

Now, he's the Revenue Consultant who has a track record of $30,000,000 created for companies

Sounds good, doesn't it?

This didn't happen by some branding playbook

We walked him through our inner work systems which uncovered some of his deepest blockers

When everything holding him back was removed

His genius started shining

Like a fucking lighthouse!

Then, we simplified his offers into

1. An entry offer ($500 session)
2. A core consulting offer ($6,000)
3. A done-for-you package ($18,000+)

From there, we simplified the business even more by deleting most of it

• Deleted networking events
• Deleted media team
• Deleted useless content
• Deleted useless meetings

And he was left with this

Literally, that's it

That is a multi-million dollar business (soon) right in front of you

One of my early mentors told me once

"if you can't explain your entire business on a napkin, it's too complex"

And till this fucking day, i have my "business napkin" with me... which i wrote while i was on a plane going to Turkey

(don't know where i put it though... might need to ask my wife)
