I've been in business for over a decade. I thought i knew what i was doing turns out i'd built the whole thing on top of traumas and limiting beliefs and just called it a strategy. that's a fun thing to discover about yourself at this stage. A few months ago i started treating my mind like a muscle. not affirmations-in-the-mirror stuff. a daily mental gym. actual tracking. daily structure around how i think, decide, and show up. Part of it was AI agents designed to call me out on my own patterns. not coaches telling me what i wanted to hear. Agents that mirrored back what i was actually doing. and i've been humbled more times than i can count. there were days i was holding back tears because of what surfaced. things i didn't even know were running the show. beliefs about money, about visibility, about what i deserved. all of it quietly shaping every decision i made in my business. Shaping the strategies i chose, the inconsistencies i felt, the resistance i struggled with. After this work, something shifted. the business stopped feeling like a chore. i started getting done in three hours what used to take me two days. not because i found a better system. because i stopped fighting myself the whole time... felt like a weight just dropped off my shoulders one of my partners went through the same process and is now generating a qualified lead for $0.5, because he could speak his truth and he is clearer than ever before... we didn't touch his Ads strategy i didn't even realize how much tension i'd been carrying into every room... or how much others have been carrying with them F*ck, it feels good to do this work. there's this calm confidence now that i can't fully explain. it's just quiet. like the noise turned off and i could finally hear what the business actually needed... what was actually broken... what was noise and what was signal now here's where I'll stop writing this about me and start thinking about you Because if you're reading this and something is resonating, i guess your situation.
you can describe exactly what feels wrong while you're doing it. and somehow that changes nothing. You make a clear decision on Monday and by Thursday something has quietly pulled you off it. the business runs on your energy & emotions instead of on structure. so the moment your state dips, everything slows down with it. You've tried fixing it with better systems. better funnels. a new CRM. a better calendar structure. a new offer a new product none of it stuck because the variable was never the system. it was the person behind the system. i didn't fully understand that until i lived it. Inconsistent revenue is an identity problem disguised as a business problem. i made a short video breaking down exactly what i discovered and the practice that changed everything. Wanna watch it?
